Hey all, I've just recently entered the world of C#. I find the language a lot similar to PHP however being a strongly typed language at times there are some little bits here and there that often left me pondering at he end of the day even after googling these terms such as

what's the difference between / when to use either of these:

string s 

with

 string[] s 

char c 

with

 char[] c 

int i 

with

 int[] i 

etc.

I really appreciate the help though some of you might find this post very foolish or hilarious.

Those variables with brackets [] are called arrays. Here is a tutorial about them:
