I have to integrate a poll question into a clients app that is being made at http://www.shoutem.com/ . I am a front end developer but I don't have much experience with mobile.

What I need to do is find the best solution for the user. I am thinking of hiding the actual radio buttons and making the options clickable. Anyways, does anyone have any resources or suggestions on how to tackle this. I know this is pretty broad but I am just trying to get some ideas flowing.
