Blogger - Is there a way where visitors can register?

I think I saw this on a site and I wanted to ask. I know that you can add users manually and then they can post articles. Is there a way to make a link where the visitor can register and post to my blog?

Hi

i think you need a blogger setting for link. in the blogger in setting menu all the functions or link posting options available. if any one post or comment in your blog you also remove their link from their comment.

I'm pretty sure you can just add them directly from the dashboards, but from what you're saying I've never encountered that before.
