Just like the title says. Is it Possible? It would make it a lot easier when editing something like a column or header. Also i have a second Question. when i go into new templates i have downloaded i hate seeing that i have to go through the CSS and search to where things are linking together with the HTMl. Is there a software or something available that when you highlight a Tag In the HTML document it will Also Highlight the linked tags in the CSS Document? Im a bit of a noob at this stuff and am trying to learn from studying other templates structures.

To create a CMS like Wordpress you'd have to learn PHP and MySQL.

To do what? Open a HTML document and highlight the CSS that is linked to it? Probably not. There would be little point in such a program, since Firebug and all it's clones for the other browsers do that just fine already.

I suppose IDEs like Dreamweaver probably include the ability to do that as well, but those can't really be considered "standalone" software.
