Host on localhost with IIS, ASP.NET/C#

Hi, Which files do I put in the wwwroot directory in IIS to host my ASP/C# website? I tried to put all files in there but i'm getting this parser error:

I'm new to this and I've googled about it but can't find anything.

No, i'm using Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2010 Express and can't find any Build or Deploy menu. Should I use another Visual Studio IDE?

Uhm if I right click on my project then I have Publish and Build Deployment Package
I'm using VS 2010 ultimate

which files are you putting in the root directory after deploying the project?
