WAMPServer starts browser can't find localhost

Hello,

Pretty much as the title says. I had bitnami installed earlier, and uninstalled it, thinking that there was some conflict. I have skype installed, and I know there are some possible issues there. PhpMyAdmin also cannot be found. All the services are running, and I have not made any customizations, so I'm not sure where to look next. I don't have any site or index file in the www directory. Any help would be appreciated.

This isn't an issue with php, shut off skype, start apache first. Only one application can bind to port 80.
