Populating a list box

Posted 14 October 2012 - 06:49 AM

So for some reason this is not populating the list box with a drop down arrow.
Public Class Form1
    Inherits System.Windows.Forms.Form
    Friend WithEvents FolderBrowserDialog2 As System.Windows.Forms.FolderBrowserDialog

    Dim estCost As Integer
    Dim orderQuantity As Integer

    Private Sub TableLayoutPanel1_Paint(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.Windows.Forms.PaintEventArgs) Handles TableLayoutPanel1.Paint

    End Sub

    Private Sub saveButton_Click(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles saveButton.Click
        FolderBrowserDialog2.ShowDialog()

    End Sub

    Private Sub itemListBox_SelectedIndexChanged(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles itemListBox.SelectedIndexChanged
        DialogSheets(13).ListBoxes(13).List = _
Array("OSB Sheathing", "Insulation", "Drywall", "Drywall Finishing Materials", "Interior Primer", "Interior Paint",
"I Joist", "LVL Support Beams", "OSB Sub-floor", "Support Beams", "Rafters", "Roof Decking", "Shingles")
    End Sub

    Private Sub estCostMaskedTextBox_MaskInputRejected(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.Windows.Forms.MaskInputRejectedEventArgs) Handles estCostMaskedTextBox.MaskInputRejected
        'estCost = orderQuantityTextBox x unitPriceMaskedTextBox

    End Sub

    Private Sub orderQuantityTextBox_TextChanged(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles orderQuantityTextBox.TextChanged

    End Sub

    Private Sub unitPriceMaskedTextBox_MaskInputRejected(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.Windows.Forms.MaskInputRejectedEventArgs) Handles unitPriceMaskedTextBox.MaskInputRejected

    End Sub

Private Function Array(ByVal p1 As String, ByVal p2 As String, ByVal p3 As String, ByVal p4 As String, ByVal p5 As String, ByVal p6 As String, ByVal p7 As String, ByVal p8 As String, ByVal p9 As String, ByVal p10 As String, ByVal p11 As String, ByVal p12 As String, ByVal p13 As String) As Object
        Throw New NotImplementedException
    End Function

Private Function DialogSheets(ByVal p1 As Integer) As Object
        Throw New NotImplementedException
    End Function

End Class

I do not know what I am doing wrong.

Thanks for your time.

 Private Sub itemListBox_SelectedIndexChanged(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles itemListBox.SelectedIndexChanged
        DialogSheets(13).ListBoxes(13).List = _
Array("OSB Sheathing", "Insulation", "Drywall", "Drywall Finishing Materials", "Interior Primer", "Interior Paint",
"I Joist", "LVL Support Beams", "OSB Sub-floor", "Support Beams", "Rafters", "Roof Decking", "Shingles")
    End Sub

that is the problem area, do not know why I posted the whole thing

Is This A Good Question/Topic? 0

First thing this is a vb6 Forum, so you posted in a wrong place that's why it take too much of time to respond

second thing what is the purpose of ARRAY sub Routine

hope you understand where the problem exists, best of luck for your rest of the coding days :^: :^: :^:
