I want to connect Sql server 2005 in Flash 8 using a datagrid.

There are several good tutorials on how to do that with MySQL (usually via PHP). Translating any one of them into an ASP and SQL Server solution should be pretty easy. Read a couple tutorials, and let us know if there are any specific things you have questions about.

p.s. I assume you're using ASP since you're using SQL Server. Even if you're using another server-side language, it should be pretty easy to port a PHP solution over. It's also very easy to setup PHP.
