Does anyone know of any codes, tutorials, or links to topics for ragdoll physics written in C#???

i have been looking for days and all i want to do is put ragdoll and realistic physics in my game...

"All i want" slightly underestimates the magnitude of what you are asking for ...

You might want to look at the Open Dynamics Engine (ODE) at http://www.ode.org.
There's a .NET wrapper in development at: http://sharptoolbox.com/tools/ode-net which should provide everything you need.
