Sounds interesting.

I could never do a show like this. I'm one of those coders who can't work with someone over their shoulder... I could only imagine how I'd be with a camera on me.

I look forward to it, I'll have to dl it though, I have a meeting tonight at that time.

Oh and wouldn't it be easier on the audience to advertise the time at UTC+0 so that way we just need to know our own timezone to figure out the time?

Any chance you could upload to Youtube or somewhere after? Don't fancy staying up till 1 am to watch having some mid-term tests the next day.

Hmm, maybe programming isn't really your cup of tea after all.

Ha Ha, i'm fine with staying up that late just not these next few days.

Don't forget. The first live stream is tonight. I'll edit the top post with the link for the stream. I'm currently still looking for a website that lets me do this. I know I can stream games on Twitch or Own3d, but would they let me stream coding sessions...

I'm all ears. :)

Still an hour away from 9pm, but I think I'm going to postpone this for tomorrow night same time. My internet is wonky as hell. :/

I'm real sorry guys, internet access in Bolivia ain't what it's supposed to be. ;)

I've decided to use Livestream to stream my desktop. So far it's crashed three times on me, but has been stable for the past 10 minutes.

Tune in! 1:15 minutes more and we go live!

Stream will be here: https://new.livestre.../events/1631749

Edit: Added the correct link. Live now!

Livestream's software is so god damn buggy, it crashes every 10 minutes. I'd hate to postpone this yet again. I think I'm going to just record it using Camtasia and upload it to YouTube. It's 2012 and I still can't easily broadcast my PC.

What about ustream? That's where DIC was hosted at and it did a decent job.

Unfortunately the time I had set aside for this has come and gone. The streaming software I was using worked well for about 20 minutes, then died on me. I think I'll have the session next weekend when things are more settled in. I'm swamped at work at the moment.
