Hi All,

My start up is currently coding our social location based mobile app in as3 and using adobe air to package the code into native language for Iphone and Android. I am very confident in our programming lead and trust that he is qualified to make this decision, but I recently received some negative reactions to this choice of technology from another semi-technical professional. Since I am a believer in getting as many opinions as possible, I figured I would throw it out to the community to see if any of you have an opinion on this technology for mobile devices. Any guidance/feedback/input that you would be willing to offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
