Start another application using .net

I have to create one windows application if i run it should do the following.
Note:I have installed cisco vpn software.
when i run my application it should connect that vpn using given username & pwd
so it ll avoid every time if i open no need to give username and pwd and connect. after that, i need to go remote login. i don't know is it possible or not. if anyone have an idea about this i am waiting..
