Json and PHP

Posted 08 November 2012 - 01:57 AM

I am working api for a web services. I am making that with JSON .
But I am having problem with new line and man characters.

Sometime json_decode of php providing error as there is a special character in json.
I have tried many hours and searched internet a lot but could not find a suitable answer.

IS there any better library for handling json in PHP.
Is This A Good Question/Topic? 0

To answer your question, I highly doubt you have any need for a "json library". The in-built PHP functions are more than enough to achieve most goals in JSON, with the addition of a few custom objects/functions in some cases.

Perhaps if you post the code you are having issue with (the conversion to JSON along with the actual input you are giving it), we will be able to help you reach a solution.
