apache virtualhost issue

i am unable to configure vhost on appachi please help
and i am craete new host with this name cms


my etc/host file
127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.1 cms

############ custom configuration goes here ############


NameVirtualHost *:80
<VirtualHost *:80>
DocumentRoot "c:/wamp/www/cms/"
ServerName cms
</VirtualHost>




error
dummy-host.example.com doest not exist

Where is 'dummy-host.example.com' referenced in the httpd.conf file?
