hey im having a trouble with my ms word here. when i change the page set up from landscape to portrait it a prompt says "increasing right margin causes last column to become too narrow in some sections having unevenly spaced column".
can anyone help me with this?

In versions of Word prior to Word 2007:
1. Open a new document in Word.
2. Click the Format->Columns menu item.
3. Under Presets, select One.
4. Click the File->Page Setup menu item.
5. Click the Default button.
In Word 2007:
1. Click the Page Layout tab on the Ribbon.
2. Click the Columns button and select One.
3. Click the arrow in the lower right corner of the Page Setup group.
4. Click the Default Button.
