Three: You probably have a massive sleep debt. Adults need 7-9 hours of sleep. A college student probably needs a lot closer to 9 hours of sleep.

Under this theory I'd need to sleep about 1200 hours extra in 2013, just to make up my accumulated sleep debt from 2012 alone... never mind the accumulated interest from all the years that I've been going on 4 hours per night. Bah, sleep your life away if you want. I'll be up reading.

Just highlighting this. If you get plenty of sleep and still feel like shit all day, you probably have sleep apnea. Surgery isn't the only or even the first option. There's also CPAP machines, which is likely what a doctor would prescribe you. It's worth looking into. Go to a sleep specialist. Insurances should cover it.

what kind of surgery was it? from everything people have said i am pretty sure i have it, i just haven't gone it to get it checked from the proper doctors.
