Take input from a text file?

Well, can you guys shine upon me some light on how to take input from a text file? THis is not a programming assignment, rather I using java to calculate some conformation for my bio class... The numbers in the file is separated by a space and there are 1231 of them... Not sure on how I going to proceed.

Scanner.nextInt. Check api docs
