I have to make my final year project so I want to make smartphone app. For which I should develop iphone or android .

Seriously? That's like asking "catholic or protestant?" All you're going to get is "I like X better."
Mainly because "Give ur answers keeping in view the market and future in the field" is basically meaningless. Android and iOS both have large-market app stores and a long term future. So this just ends up being an "I like my phone better" debate.
The real questions should be, which do you like working with better, Java or Objective-C? Which platform better supports your goal (which is what, by the way. "A smartphone app" is so ridiculously nebulous that you can't really get a good answer).
