I just found out my University gives free access to A LOT of books on programming, Android, iOS, database, etc online. Some of the books have been mentioned on this website by users. I just go to my schools library website, log-in, search and it's there! I guess the publisher provides it free for universities.
Now I just have to find a way to convert it to a pdf or something for off-campus use.

Are you asking us how you do that conversion? We won't help you pirate copyrighted material.

Absolutely not! I just wanted other students to be aware of some resources available instead of paying money for books.

Why not just log in to your school's library website, log in, and read it?

Tried, for some reason I can't access it that way. I'll have to see if there's any other way.

I do something similar. I walk into the library and choose a book from the shelf. It's pretty cool because I can take it with me wherever I go. It's a pretty slick user interface too: No confusing buttons or fiddly scrolling.
In all seriousness, it sounds like your university has an on-site licence for those ebooks.

Tried and would prefer this but their on-site collection of programming books isn't nearly as exciting as the ones available online.
