This site seems to have gotten to some kind of black list. I'm using Opera and when I tried to access DIC, I got prompted that it may harm my computer. From the info text I read that Opera is using Yandex as some sort of black list provider and when I searched for the site using Yandex's search engine it says there that "visiting this site may harm your computer or mobile device":

Hello janne_panne
A fellow DIC member also mentioned the same problem you are facing over here
I have a feeling that it is a problem only with Opera as I am working on Firefox 16.0 and have no such warning.
regards,
Raghav
