Unable to access the messaging system

An Error Occurred

Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.

[#10227] You are not allowed to use the private messaging system.

The above is what it says if I try and go there. Is this just me?

Either that, or you must have tried to access a private message while you were not logged in.

I tried to send you a test message, and I was told you couldn't use the PM system. I also checked on the Admin panel and didn't see any restrictions. I'm going to have to pass this one off to skyhawk133, as there is nothing else I can do.

I tried all the settings I can hoping to flush something out the db, but nothing that I did changed a thing. Sorry.
