And what's his buckets with the dog... it's like he is trying to lure the dog into his white electricians van.

The white & blue guy is the re-release of Cobra Commander (for the series). I don't know why he's even in the unit, so it must be a jail cell. The hands are on his hips in hesitation maybe?

I guess this gives new meaning to the word "telecommuting." You see he's actually programming the car to drive itself ... in debug mode.

Of course, needs to know what went wrong in the event of a crash. Not that the error message, "Oh shit!" really says much.
