Can't add records in Access 2010 since upgrade from Access 2003

Posted 21 November 2012 - 07:43 AM

So, I've fixed the macros related issues in Access 2010 with a form which was designed in Access 2003. There is another issue now. There is a list of forms that user input data to and those get saved in Access. Since the upgrade to Access 2010, users are unable to to do so. I'll use a veru general example here to explain the issue:

User clicks on 'Add Form' button (macro), it shows him a list of forms available (e.g.,birth record, school record, car registration). User selects a form from the list, fills it out and go back to form view and record doesn't get added to Datasheet Grid view. It works just fine on Access 2003. Form has been converted to 2010 format already.

Any ideas why it won't work?

Corruption is a possibility.

Want to provide db for analysis (maybe both versions)? Try attaching file to post using the Attachment Manager under the 'Full Editor' window.

Make copy, remove confidential data, run Compact & Repair, zip.
