Quick & Cool Web Gallery Question

Posted 24 November 2012 - 09:19 AM

Hello Everyone,

I'm currently designing, completely by myself, a website. I'm trying to understand what might be the best option to implement a gallery of photos to the page. I would like it to contain animations,to be "nice looking", and to also load relatively fast.

For this I was thinking about using JQuery for the animation.
Though I'm having a tough time on whether to load the images to the website or to a image hosting site like flickr, or image shack.

I have found several tutorials on the web but I would like to hopefully code it myself to understand it and get the experience.

Thanks for any help.

Well - you've told us what you're doing. What your plan is.

I guess without an actual question being asked all we can say is "Good luck on your project"

I guess I'm stupid after all. I was hoping to know if this is actually a "good" way to complete this part of the project.
