Question on table
Posted 26 November 2012 - 01:44 PM
I have everything right on the table as shown on the picture except the first row and column. I can't get the first row and column. Also, I'm trying to get the colors to show up on particular cells as shown no matter what numbers are entered in start and end.

either do it manually, or make a script that colours all cells withing a certain distance from the last cell the same.

Yeah I don't. I've looked everywhere, but they add a button to insert rows and that's not what I need.

That is what I was told by the instructor to do, but I don't know how to do it a certain distance.

I’d use table header cells (<th>) for that. but I don’t see the difficulty (well, it also depends on your JS code).
how to choose the isolines, I cannot really say, I only see that they resemble them.
EDIT: not circles, rather hyperbolas, if I’m not mistaken.

Well I got the first row and the column, but I still don't understand how to get three colors.
