HTML assignment positioning items on the page

i'am trying to set image by coordinates.This is possible to do this.

Hello,

Can you please tell us more about what your issue is? Throwing code at us and telling us you can position HTML elements by coordinates is not very helpful for us to know how to assist you.

Quick note: I don't think positioning absolutely is the best solution, your site won't re-size with smaller browsers or when a user decides they don't want the window maximized/different screen resolutions.
