Hello guys, I am a beginner at programming android applications (almost 0 percent knowledge) but my programming skills in java are at least intermediate.

I need to make an app for my android class and my teacher rejects app proposals that
are already in the market or at least very common. What kind of app can I make that is not too common and relatively not that hard to program? Say, an app that I can make in just 2-4 weeks, like an english dictionary(though it's very common) something of that caliber. Thanks guys.
