If my app is using a font that most computers would not have installed, do I add that font into my Resource Folder get that font installed to the users computer?

I think that depends on how you are building your installer.
AdvancedInstaller and InstallShield both can install fonts directly.
InstallShield CE is included with Visual Studio 2010 and 2012, so I would assume you're using that.
This screen shot is from Advanced Installer, but its the same concept.

I'm assuming that it doesn't come with 2010 express, since I can't find it.

Yeah... sorry... I don't know about the free versions.
