Artificial intelligence name and characters?

What are some good AI names and characters?

I like "Red Queen" concept from resident evil, beeing a innocent girl but yet so powerful.
Also "Jarvis" from iron man, the whole butler concept.

What do you think?

Check out H.A.R.L.I.E in David Gerrold's novel "When H.A.R.L.I.E. Was One". Among other things, this is the novel has the first use of the term "virus" in the context of computers. On a personal level, I had real "woah..." moment when I came across the discussion of whether, having built an actual AI, it would be morally or legally permissable to turn it off. Ever. Blew my 12-year-old mind, that did.
