i was wonderin how to start mobile application development with visual basic is it Visual Basic 6.0 or VB.net?
i want to develop a tutorial system using VB then i want it to be mobile app soon like android and some mobile app available.
I dont know how to start..
I've read article that VB project can Be an android app ..[/font][/font][/font][/size][/font]

No.. no not really. VB.NET is definitely not android (which is java based). There's some wrappers and APIs, but if you want android just do android.
