Can you access the site at this address

I am having issues accessing this site through some devices , and before i get a domain ad like to see how many people can see it to better narrow down my problem . the ip is **.***.***.*** . (i am aware of the risks in giving out the adress. )

Hmm... the IP address isn't even showing up. You should use a free proxy to test it. You can find many on Google.
