You should be tracking it separately from the array.

An array is not an object.

Oler i got it to work by declaring it as
std::array<Client, 8> clientInfo;
. What i meant to say was i needed to be able to use clientInfo.size(), which i can now.

Also please dont miss the last post on the first page by accident anyone.

I keep trying to stop you using the STL or similar, but you are not listening.

You need to start with a simple program, and try the Winsock examples.
