Problem, div 40bit numbers on 32bit processor

Hello,
I have a huge problem with my homework. I have to write program that divide two hex numbers 40bit each on 5 byte variables on 80x86 processor. I made typing numbers and showing them on console part. Nr one var is in zm1 and secound is in zm2. I know i have to sub those numbers but I can't find any working algoritms. Does anyone know how to div it?
