I'm interested in creating a game. It's structure would be similar to haxball or curvefever. I'm talking about that each player can create its own server. And I have a question. How it should work? Client presses "new server" and.. new seperate program should start or what? How it works?

Christ, if you have no idea how a server works or networking for that matter there is no way you are going to pull a client/client or client/server architecture out of your ass or by mistake while fumbling through tutorials. Start with how client to server works, how networks function, that should give you an idea of what needs to happen in your network system. Then maybe some intense googling and osmosis will help you hack up the rest.
