I am newbie do this,so please give me a overview of how Microsoft games are made like solatire,Hearts etc. so that i can start over that language or enivorment, and please guide me to some good tutorial for it.

Solitaire or any "microsoft" game which I guess you mean the games that came with xp and 95 such as minesweeper are probably out of your skill level for right now. These forums are FULL of code and tutorials but you obviously haven't even seen the search function. I suggest you start with some BASIC python tutorials and work your way up to big boy stuff.
