can anyone tell me which is the difference between Windows Phone Databound Application, Windows Phone Pivot Application and Windows Phone Panorama Application?

No difference from an internal standpoint - they just provide some harnesses for you to start the development in specific areas (e.g. with data bound to an internal list or with a Pivot/Panorama control).
