The short answer is: no. Those are determined automatically by Google based on the layout of your site. The best you can do is make sure that layout makes it as easy as possible for Google to do just that.

It is possible, but you cannot set them yourself, they are called Site Links

You cannot add them yourself. The best way for google to generate them would be to structure your website correctly.
