Notepad++ or VIM. Most IDEs get in the way to be honest.

Depends on how you use them. I wouldn't work half as fast if I limited myself to text editors only.

Well, just wanted to say that I tried Komodo Edit 8 and I must say the new user interface design is awesome! lol
But it did complain about some of my HTML5 tags and said it didn't recognize them.
Oh, and BTW, NetBeans IDE 7.3 also rocks! lol :cheers:

I use IntelliJ, Sublime, or vim, depending on the situation.

If using Windows I use Notepad++ and if using Ubuntu I use GEdit.
Both very good for PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript.

These days it's all terminator+tmux+ vim for me
