To make exe in netbeans 6.5.1 with steps

I have create a project in netbeans 6.5.1 but I am unable to make exe please help how I make exe with steps

That's because it's not normal to create an exe in Java. Why do you want/need to?

This is not a Netbeans feature
Netbeans creates .class or .jar files that are runnable on all architectures. .EXE are architecture specific which Java try to avoid
