I am trying to write a program and also find well rounded programmers to write an app and website that is similar to okcupid or meetme. What language wouls be best to use? What wouls be a good place ro find programmers to partner with?

PHP would be a pretty good language for what you want, however if you have no experience in it, a website like that is too large of a project for you.
To find programmers, you can make friends with people who want experience. There's also a jobs subforum where you can hire great programmers. They usually will not want to work for free or for royalties though (royalties and "free" go hand in hand).

Yea that is a great idea to just post it as a job I dont want it for free but I thought its something thqt someone may want to partner in since itd be an onhoin project after its completed. And I have no experience so I need to find someone really well experienced.
