Blog entry [Start comment notification] seem broken

I don't write many entries but just did so I noticed that trying to start comment notification on an entry seems to do... nothing. No reaction.

Blogs is one of the most buggy areas of the forum. I like the one where you write a comment and then try to edit it only to see print out an array. But they say they have been in the process of upgrading the boards at some point... hopefully the blogs will improve and fix this error as well.
