Carrer Advice from u

Hi,
I am graduated as ELECTRICAL ENGINEER in POWER from a reputable university, but as i came up in field, i did not attractive job because in ASIA region , there is no development so far,

and i switched my job to IT field in BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE, mainly on reporting side,

i want to ask from experts the future of this field and if there, give me some future advice,,, thanks
