How do i make a map for an rpg like game in pygame that can allow the screen to move with him where ever he goes.

I love Tiled!
EDIT:
Tiled can be used to create the map, but a map doesn't control the camera, that's going to be part of your pygame application.

To do the side scrolling, checkout: Camera. Its a little over my head, and if it dosen't work, then try an external library for controlling the camera. Or find and algorithm.
