Action failed: done popup

I am having difficulty voting-up posts. Whenever I click on the green '+' button, I am redirected to the top of the page without the up-vote being counted.

As for my browser, I am using Firefox 17.0.

Try refreshing your page.

I up-voted you, bot an error alert message, refreshed the page & you had a +1.

So I gave a +1 followed by clicking on the reputation icon
I then got this popup

Same here. The +1 appears only after reloading the page.
