Grid resizing due 2 design limitation

hi,
i have a prob, i have a RADGRIDVIEW which is shown in picture , when Load it , its sides are cutted because of design limitation, i donot know how to tackle it, eg CSS or Grid resizng etc
attached is pic of this scenario
