Required Job Qualifications:

Computer Science or equivalent degree.
Absolute mastery of Javascript.
Expertise in OO and agile software development with a proven track record of problem solving and quality.
A passion for the YUI family of products, including Mojito, and the problems they are striving to solve.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, great attention to detail and follow-through.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

Experience delivering platforms for other developers.
A commit history on open source software projects, especially YUI or Mojito.
Depth of expertise in one or more front-end domains such as:

• cross-browser UI
  
• mobile constraints
  
• performance
  
• Javascript on the server
  
• front-end testing frameworks
  
• internationalization
  
• the MVC problem space
