I just need somebody or people to guide me in starting this whole thing. One thing I'm not sure of, and am drawing a blank, is when it says take them as arguments and everything else. Any help would be nice. Get me in the right direction.
Also, side note, but is there any way I can change my email address on this account? I've looked and it doesn't seem like it?

You might also wanna try hitting up cplusplus.com and/or checking out some C++ book at your local library

Well, I believe the reason why you can't change email address is due to the reason that your email id is the one with which you confirmed registration to this website and this info will be stored in the DIC database, disabled from any editing.
Well, if you genuinely want to change it, maybe you could ask a mod if it is possible.
Edit: Stupid typo
