I thought this looked really cool, and started reading up on how to build a Facebook App...now I've got an idea that I'm working on, but I've re-read that site and found out that the contest isn't available to Canadians.

make sure that you're aware that you dont actually get the money...the contest rules state that it will be put into your paypal.com account...
