contour plot in java applet

HI,

I have to make a java applet which create contour plot for different function with 2 or 3 variables, is there any library in java which i can use for my java applet?

JFreeChart is apparently very good at plotting. It might not be able to solve your equations (or maybe it can, I don't know) but it can probably interpolate reasonable approximations given a set of points you calculate from the equations.
