Ah.. typically you should at least have a platform in mind. I mean what do you have on hand to test/play with?

In company, someone use iPhone, iPad, someone use XOOM tablet and someone use Windows phone.
If I want to start XOOM, is there any visual tool to help me start?

What is 'XOOM'? Is that the motorola android table? If that's the case.. then go the route of android.
